Ferro Cement Construction with Long Keel underwater profile, paint finish.
Built by a very reputable firm, there were about 150 fine yachts of this type built. Please note that there is no problem getting insurance for ferro boats as long as they pass their survey. This is normal practice with all boats. This boat is at present insured with Yachtmasters for £450 per annum.
The decks were stripped off from saloon forward 5 years ago. These have been replaced with 2 sheets of 12mm ply and come with an 18 year guarantee. Then covered with fibreglass mat and gel coat. |

If you are looking for a sea worthy blue water cruising boat then the Endurance 35 should definitely be on your shopping list. She was designed by Peter Ibold to be both rugged and attractive. This design has proved popular the world over.
When you go-aboard, she smells lovely and feels very homely. There is ample storage too. The present owner had an excellent hull survey on her in 2002. He knew that the teak decks needed replacing and has done an excellent job.
This is a very solid and robust yet elegant lady. A real eye-catcher when under sail. A must see for the adventurer.
